The rubyworx will proactively provide ongoing scheduled and episodic maintenance, deployment, and help desk support by telephone, e-mail, remotely, or in person to keep your network - and your business - functioning smoothly and efficiently.We offer three levels of ongoing system maintenance and technical support services through the Gold, Silver and Bronze Service Contracts. The contract that's right for your company depends on the number of computers you have as well as the anticipated support services your employees will need on an ongoing basis.
Telephone Support With Remote Desktop Assistance
Remote desktop assistane is provided Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We cover any problems a user may experience performing regular operations such as printing, file access, sending/receiving emails, web/internet access, virus detection and removal, and file restore from backup.24 x 7 Network Monitoring

Same Day Response for Major System Outages
- File server hardware failure
- File server services (network print spooler, shared file access)
- Network switch hardware failure
Remote Backup and Storage Archive
- Gold Service Contract - includes nightly offsite backups of data with archive of 12 months or 100 GB
- Silver Service Contract - includes nightly offsite backups of data with archive of 6 months or 50 GB
- Bronze Service Contract - includes nightly offsite backups of data with archive of 6 months or 25 GB
Anti-Virus Protection and Firewall/Proxy Monitoring
- Anti-virus updates are current on all workstations and servers
- Monitoring activity of firewall and proxy servers for attempts to hack into corporate network
